WEST CHICAGO – A coat of medium thickness hindering her play not in the least, Abby Luchtenburg curved a 20-foot birdie putt into the cup on the first hole at St. Andrews Golf & Country Club. Then, after munching on a few bites of a sandwich, she calmly drove the fairway on No. 2.
